حذف الحساب والبيانات

تطبيق سمعلي (Samaali)

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق سمعلي وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت. اتبع الخطوات التالية:

كيفية طلب الحذف

  1. راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني support@samaali.app أو عبر واتساب +964 775 566 9961.
  2. اكتب في الرسالة: «أرغب في حذف حسابي وبياناتي»، مع ذكر البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.
  3. سنؤكّد هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً، وتشمل:

  • بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، بيانات تسجيل الدخول).
  • التسجيلات الصوتية للتسميع والنصوص الناتجة عنها.
  • نتائج الجلسات والتقارير ومحاولات الاختبارات.
  • روابط الربط بين الطالب وولي الأمر.

مدة الاحتفاظ

لا نحتفظ بأي من بياناتك بعد تنفيذ طلب الحذف، إلا ما قد يتطلبه القانون (إن وُجد). يكتمل الحذف عادةً خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيد الطلب.

Samaali app

You can request deletion of your Samaali account and all associated data at any time:

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@samaali.app or message us on WhatsApp +964 775 566 9961.
  2. State "I want to delete my account and data" and include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, including:

  • Account data (name, email, sign-in credentials).
  • Voice recordings and their generated transcripts.
  • Session results, reports, and quiz attempts.
  • Parent–student links.

Data retention

We retain none of your data after the deletion request is completed, except where required by law (if any). Deletion is normally completed within 30 days of confirming the request.
